Dear doctor, if i took viagra or medicine containing sildenafil some 30 minutes before sex can i last longer in bed say for example first round lasting for 15 minutes from the usual 7 minutes and 2nd round for 45 minutes than the usual 20 minutes?

If your 'usual' is two consecutive 'rounds' of sex 7 and 20 mts you do not need to take Viagra. It should be taken for poor erections and not for prolonging sex
