A 26-year-old male asked:

doctor if i take weak erection drug like viagra (sildenafil) how long will it take before it take effect and is there any possible side effects?

Viagra (sildenafil): Viagra (sildenafil) starts to work in about 30-60 minutes. There is a lot of fake viagra (sildenafil) being sold online so i would recommend buying directly from pfizer at viagra (sildenafil).Com to be safe. The complete list of side effects is printed on the front page of viagra (sildenafil).Com. It is a generally safe drug, but if you have sudden loss of vision or your erection lasts more than 4 hours seek emergency medical advice.

Damage to muscle: The correct term is creatine kinase (ck). Creatinine is something else. Useful to know: most "muscle" weakness is actually caused by nerve, not muscle, malfunction. True muscle weakess: myocytes (muscle cells) contain lots of the enzyme ck. Low levels are found in blood normally. Damage to myocyte cell membranes from a variety of causes causes leakage of ck into the blood. Recovery->normalization.

No special way: Usually when one muscle contracts then oppositly acting muscle relax and there are other muscles that holds the joint in correct position. Same muscle can act either way depending on the type of joint movement. If not in normal way then it can produce wear and tear of joint cartilage, bone changes on long turn.
