Venous leak: You need to see a urologist to evaluate you and get a penile ultrasound. You have a leaky vascular system most likely. Get your testosterone checked, may need daily medications, injection therapy. Make sure you exercise daily, no smoking, good diet. This is a tough problem for a young man. Good luck.
