Hi. i went to see the gynae and i was told i had a 2cm cyst and vaginal infection. i was given cream to treat the latter. what could have caused the cyst and is it advisable to leave it and not remove it. i also have a single very tiny wart on vulva?

Vaginal cyst is not uncommon and it is usually caused by a blocked gland. It may resolve by itself but it may need to be drained if it's too big, infected or symptomatic. Your cyst can be watched if asymptomatic. The wart should be removed.
