I have recently noticed a small cluster of white bumps around the top of my penis. i went to the clinic two days ago tested for hiv & other stds & they all came up negative. i was hoping to get some insight on these bumps. pretty concerned?

More detail is needed. what did the clinic say when they examined the bumps? If they have no inflammation around them (redness) etc, do not contain pus, and are more or less unchanged in appearance over a few days, then for sure they are not any STI and may not be abnormal. If they do have these things, get reexamined.
