You are likely colonized with staff or other germs that enter any site from touch where you scratch. Colonies often reside in your nose and easily transfer. Antibiotic cream at the nasal entrance 2x/day can decrease spread as well a Clorox added to bathwater. Your doc may add treatment. The issue is separate from any reflux.

Agree with Dr Ferguson. I would recommend that these be looked at by a doctor so that they can properly diagnosed and treated. It’s important to look at your whole body and get more of a history for proper care. You may be able to do some of this with a telemedicine video visit on that area of HealthTap at least to have the rash examined.
