I have a hole on the side of my penis shaft. i can see next layer of skin. i also see in the hole a white thing which i believe is a nerve. if i use a desensitizing condoms will it damage my penis? because there is a open nerve in the hole?

I suggest you have a urologist take a look to ascertain the cause of your lesion and possible treatment.

It the hole could be a scar cavity or a sebaceous cyst cavity and the white thing sebaceous secretion. Definitely not a nerve. acondom of any kind will not damage your penis unless your allergic to it. If the 'hole' persists pl see a Urologist for a precise diagnosis and - Good luck
