In the short term I would not worry about anything backing up. If needed this will leak out on its own timetable, in your sleep when you are not thinking about it. In the long term go see a urologist that specialized in ED. There are things that help.

There is no backed up cum if you do not ejaculate. The body adjusts and does not produce secretions not needed. Re not having an erection pl see a Urologist to find a cause and hopefully you can be helped. Good luck

Retrograde ejaculate: You're describing retrograde ejaculation. The ejaculate goes "backwards" and can enter the bladder and hence enter the urine.
