I have lost all sensitivity in my penis glans. i can obtain an erection, but i have no orgasm when i ejaculate. do not have diabetes.

Lost sensation: I would start by being evaluated at a sexology clinic to determine whether this is a neuropathic disorder or whether psychological factors are operative. Also techniques may be taught to work around this problem. If true penile numbness or neuropathy is the problem, referral to a neurologist or urologist can be arranged to further investigate.
