Chemically it is an irritant and corrosive therefore on sensitive non keratin ( thick layer) of skin) such a mucus membranes, eyes , head of penis it can cause burns. F/u/w/ dermatology

It is a vesicant (will cause irritation or blisters). If you use it on a lesion make sure to avoid the normal skin
