I have molluscum bumps on my penis head and now i'm applying salicylic acid 3% on them for healing and now there is no bumps seeing only redish or pinkish spots seen on penis head.is't can they come back again when i stop applying medicine on them?

I do not think salicylic 3% is strong enough for eradicating molluscum lesions. In general, if the lesions are destroyed by cryotherapy, curettage or topical agent, they won't return after you stop the treatment. In immunocompetent patients, individual lesions usually spontaneously resolve within two months and the infection often clears completely within six to twelve months.

Stop applying if no 'bumps' some times they recur and you can apply it then. Hope they dont.
