Not likely.: Unlikely they are related but possible. The sudden weight loss is not normal although at your young age cancer is not high on the list. Anal bleeding especially if it is bright red and outside the stool is often related to hemorrhoids. Anything else needs investigation.

You are living in an area where intestinal parasites may be a problem. Hymenolepis nana may cause itchy skin eruptions and leaking echinococcal cysts may cause similar. I advise seeing MD about intestinal parasites.

The appropriate gum specialist is a Periodontist. An Endodontist is a root canal specialist. Tooth decay does not cause bleeding gums. Most common cause is inflammatory gum disease (infection).
