Although your results are reassuring,I don't think you're 100% out of the woods yet. Call your local public health department for instructions and best advice.

It would be prudent to get a 4th gen combo test at 6 weeks after exposure. HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
