I wear sometimes tight clothes like underwear or jeans, my vulva has been itching but today while i was showering and cleaning myself i felt a kind of bump in my outer vulva inside the pube area i would really like to know what it is?

It is unlikely to be anything serious, but without actually seeing and examining it we can only speculate. It may only be an ingrown hair or a pimple. If you continue to be concerned about it or if it seems to be growing or becoming more symptomatic, have a gynecologist take a look at it.
