20 year old girl , whenever i used a public washroom , i get a vaginal infection everytime. i can't pee anywhere other than my own washroom because if i did so i'll get an infection too rapidly. it itches alot that i can't even sit. i get irritated?

I don't think that most physicians believe that you can contract a vaginal infection from a toilet seat. I recommend that you carry packets of alcohol swabs in your handbag and rub down a toilet seat before sitting on it. Although this may not apply to you, be aware that yeast infections can be passed back and forth between sexual partners & both need to be treated.
