Given the prevalence of COVID-19, your symptoms may be related to same. If pregnancy is possible, and your period is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. Other viral illnesses can begin with low grade temperature elevation, headaches and nausea. See your regular physician for an exam and other testing.
