I have a lump on penis' shaft 2 days ago from now. it has little redness but it's not itchy or anything. it also has very very little pus and it popped earlier. i don't know if it's either a pimple or medical treatment needed. i hope you help me out?

Most likely a little skin infection has drained itself. If there is increasing redness or swelling, please seek medical attention. Otherwise, please wash gently with soap and water daily; it should go down in a few days.
