Is this a sign of breast cancer? burning sensation on left breast on the outside. just started today. had a mammogram a year ago on both breasts for unrelated issue in right breast both breasts were clear. what could it be ?

Your breast symptom is rather nonspecific. Any tenderness? Any lumps? Any discoloration? If symptom persists, for peace of mind, get a breast exam by your physician, gynecologist or a breast surgeon.
