I will try to keep most details to myself but i am in need of urgent advice. i believe i broke my penis a year ago was too embarrassed to see a doctor, ny question is: if i were to go to the hospital would surgery still be an option?

A fractured penis or a tear in the corpora cavernosa of the penis which is the layer around the erectile tissue can happen with sexual relations. Usually this Has to be fixed with surgery Immediately. After one year there’s usually too much scarring and no need for surgical repair. It would still be best to see urologist for evaluation
