Creatine does not cause cancer. But like so many other food supplements its usefulness to your body is debatable. if I were you, I would rely on a balanced diet with equal amounts of proteins and carbohydrates. Good sources of protein include lean meats(poultry), low fat dairy(Milk and yogurt)Eggs and plant nuts.

Agree with Dr. L. Other than lightening your wallet, creatine is not doing you any good. It is not doing any harm either. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
