If hpv, which is not in the hpv vaccine, enters the body, does the body produce immunity to it?

There are more than 200 HPV subtypes. About 40 of these are spread via sexual transmission. Only 6 of these produce ovarian cancer. In the majority of cases, (94%) people clear the infection with no intervention within 6 months. Some infections last longer can cause persistent warts requiring treatment. Immunity is produced against the subtypes which are effectively cleared.
