I had my last period on 7th December.. i did home tests 3 times in the last 2 days and they all showed positive for pregnancy.. But yesterday my serum beta hcg test gave 1.20. What could that mean? Miscarriage? Or ectopic pregnancy?

Miscarried at 5 weeks had d&c 5/24/21 (54) days ago. Neg HCG 6/7 at recheck. no period . Took a pregnancy test & had a VERY faint positive 7/9/21. Got clear + on 7/12 called for a draw HCG 20.3 redraw 7/14 29.8 dr hasnt called back. Is this bad?
Miscarriage 31.08. Last period 29.09. Now 8 days late. No symptoms for PMS or pregnancy. Negative hcg blood work 3 days ago and HPT this morning. Gyno says I ovulated ~ 11.10, period should come now. It's never been late. I worry something is wrong?
