HIV test result: The HIV blood tests are among the most accurate diagnostic tests ever developed, for any medical conditions. There are no medical conditions that alter HIV test resolubility or delay positive results, including syphilis. Negative HIV AgAb (combo) always overrule symptoms or exposure history: no matter how typical the symptoms or how high risk the exposure at the time, the test result is accurate.

Your question is not clear. A person can have both syphilis and HIV, or either one of these infections. It is imperative that you see a doctor for evaluation. Syphilis is curable while HIV requires continuing medication.
