Hi i am 25 years old . i have a constant dull pain in my testicles and it pains more when i touch it . i am also struggling to maintain my erections and struggling to get proper erections . its affecting me mentally so please can you assist ?

It is not normal for a 25 year young man not able to maintain erection.
You need to see a doctor, or better a urologist, for a thorough exam then diagnose if the testicular pain and impaired sexual activity are related.
