Hi . i'm 27 and i had my tubes tied 2 1/2 years ago and i have been feeling like i have the flu like i did when i founded out i was pregnant with my daughter . i'm 6 days late and one negative test . could i just be over reacting?

Pregnancy test detects HCG (hormone that increases with pregnancy) about 10 days after conception. Wait another week and take a second test. Symptoms are not reliable indicators of pregnancy and vary greatly.
