Pregnancy: Would check a urine pregnancy test and if that is negative a blood HCG. In pregnancy once can have nasal congestion,headache ,fatigue, breast tenderness but it is not usual to have flu like- muscle aches and pains or fever/cough. Periods are at times late due to stress. Follow up with doctor /urgent care.
