Late period ?'s: A history of being overweight and cycles of "31 weeks" can sometimes be extended by stress ( work, Covid, emotional) which delays onset of ovulation, which delays the onset of menstruation. See your gyn provider and ask about low dose oral bcp's, which will stop all ovarian hormones and provide predictable and light bleeding events.
