I had a yeast infection, and now my foreskin is dry and tight. its a painful process daily to pull it back and clean. what can i do?

Secondary phimosis: Tight foreskin needs correction for practical purposes & hygiene. Yeast infection must have been adequately treated. Foreskin might respond to twice daily steroid cream, such as betamethasone valerate, application to tight are twice daily. Otherwise may have to consider surgery, circumcision or less reliable prepucioplasty (tight foreskin ring is cut vertically & sutured transversely saving 4skin)
