Total hysterectomy after adenocarcinoma in situ was found on cervix. hpv 16 positive. what is the likelihood of having this return on vaginal cuff or other places?

Not likely: Treatment for Adeno CA is with a cold knife cone biopsy - and with clear margins - that would be completion of treatment - and if you had a Total Hysterectomy - which includes the full cervix - you should be fine - but make sure you and your ob/gyn look at the pathology report
