Pregnancy & STD: STD diagnoses are typically confirmed by culture or blood test. It would be difficult to misdiagnose if a test was completed and came out positive. It is also possible that you may be pregnant, as the above are typically symptoms of pregnancy. Take a home pregnancy test (they are positive as early as the first day of a missed period). Get treated for STD with antibiotics.
