Pregnancy vs Virus: A home pregnancy test is an inexpensive way to confirm that you are not pregnant. If negative, the nausea and bloating could be caused by a virus that is irritating your intestines. Drink lots of fluids (2.5 liters), especially electrolytes, eat bananas, rice, applesauce and toast/crackers to keep your bowels moving.
