My son has an itchy bottom and sometimes bleeds on his toliet paper, we dont know if this is an anal fissure, pinworms, or maybe even both?

Basics: Trauma from over zealous wiping or a fissure would be most likely. Pinworms are uncommon at that age. His doc can verify any fissure. They are not a significant problem for most & self heal if he keeps his stool soft through diet or meds.
