Use pain relief med : Depending on how long the problem has been there and having just been seen, I would make her comfortable with medicines like Tylenol, (acetaminophen) esp at bedtime. If her cough worsens or if fever returns you should have her re- examined. Appears viral for now. Normal saline nose drops may help cough as well as stuffy nose. If problem is recurrent or seasonal then allergy should be considered.
