Oral testing for STD: If sexual exposure to STD's were strictly limited to oral contact, a negative test for chlamydia/gonorrhea should be reliable.

Hi Dr's,its been 6 months since unprotected sex with female. I had negative STI results for HIV4th gen Syphilis RPR,Chlamydia and Gonorrhea at 64days,Are these conclusive? I currently have swollen lymph in neck and groin no other symptoms thnx?
Took fluconazole and metronidazole vaginal gel 10 days before test. Can it affect the results of a chlamydia/gonorrhea swab? Results were negative.
Can there be a possible false negative result for chlamydia and gonorrhea endocervical swabs ?
