No risk, no worry: Genital HPV infection is spread only by sex -- you won't infect anyone with HPVt or any other STD. But there could be risk of spreading non STD infections, including intestinal bacteria, staph, COVID-19, and other viruses. Of course you should wash your hands after masturbating, just like routine washing after toilet. I hope you always do so.
