Do any high risk strains of hpv cause warts on hands and top of feet? i thought the answer was no but not so sure?

Warts in these locations usually are caused by HIV1, which is a low risk type (cancer very rare). And the sexually transmitted (genital) HPV types are uncommon. But probably "warts" in these locations usually are not warts at all, but some other skin problem. See a dermatologist then follow her advice.

Get HPV vaccine to prevent infection with cancer causing strains of HPV. The strains causing warts are usually not high risk infections.
