Recurrent piles: Yes , your signs and symptoms are suggestive of piles. Please follow precautions with having regular bowel movement and not straining. Increase fluid and fiber intake. Avoid irritants like caffeine and spicy foods. Regular exercise and adequate sleep. If does not improve consult a colorectal doctor for further evaluation.
