Your symptoms are consistent with severe constipation and its complications. You need strong laxatives for good bowel movements then you need preventative measures for combating the recurrence: active lifestyle with exercise, eating high fiber foods, fluid intake of all sources for 2 liters/day, taking stool softener OTC 1-2 times, daily. Please talk to your doctor for constipation relief first.

Dr. le's advice about constipation is spot on. I don't think an abdominal CT scan evaluates your nausea& reflux sufficiently. An upper endoscopy or UGI series should be more helpful. Your weakness evaluation requires a battery of blood tests which a physician would order after taking a history, system review & performing a physical examination.
