Hsv 1 ab igg result of 36.92, and hsv 2 ab igg result of 10.60, both came up on labs as out of range high, but doctor said it was nothing to worry about and I was negative, but after looking it up it seems like a positive result, please help?

My test results came back with the following but my doctor said everything is normal . I had to get a copy of my test results. Should I be worried HSV Type 1 & 2 IgG Positive *?
