After masturbating: You are listed as a 22 year old male and ,thus, you would not have ovaries. Improper techniques of masturbating can provoke abdominal cramps and/or nausea from abdominal muscle stress. Holding your breath for a prolonged period during ejaculation or orgasm(in females) also can produce unpleasant symptoms
