Chronic l testicular pain last 2 to 3 years. all uti and sti tests clear, antibiotics e.g doxy, cipro no effect, several us all clear apart from varicocele. hurts when sitting for long periods, exercise. feels slightly tender. help?

Urologist: Varicocele may be causing pain. It would be prudent to consult a urologist to ascertain if varicocele is the cause and if it warrants removal.
