Yes: STD's, esp HSV can cause pain in/around the penis/testicles. This is due to the fact that the herpes virus enters nerves and frequently "hides" there between outbreaks. Antivirals can relieve some of these symptoms. Also use Acetaminophen/ibuprofen for pain. Ice for topical relief. If you have not been diagnosed with an STD after testing, look for symptoms of diabetes and get tested.
