Im on tri -sprintec hormonal birth control. 1 year ago i tested positive for hpv. my sex drive is extremely low. about twice a month for about a week at a time i feel inflamed, itchy, and have a creamy yellow discharge. ?

See a gyn: Hi, sorry you're going through this. Hormonal pills can definitely affect your sex drive. You can work with your gyn to try a different pill that may not affect you as much. Also, I'm sure you don't feel like having sex when you're inflamed and itchy. Because you have a couple of things going on, I would advise you see your gyn for a swab (culture) and to change your BC.
