Pregnancy unlikely: Having a normal, regular menstrual period means a woman is not pregnant... meaning she doesn't have to do a pregnancy test. That being said, a home urine pregnancy is very accurate by 3 weeks after sex, 1 week after missing a regular period, or 1 week after starting a "weird" period. If worried, one can check another home urine test one week after the first test.
