About those periods: A woman who gets pregnant can see her regular period about a month or more later if she miscarries very early in her pregnancy (of course, she would no longer be pregnant at the time of seeing her regular period). Otherwise, she won't see her period until about 1-2 months after she finishes her pregnancy. Having a real menstrual period means she is not pregnant at that moment.

Pregnancy?: Anything is possible. Something that looks like a period can occur during pregnancy and would indicate a threatened miscarriage. The other answer is right. A true period = no pregnancy. A spontaneous abortion at 1 1/2 months might look like a period and end a pregnancy. Bleeding then spotting suggests a threatened abortion. A pregnancy test would clarify the issue. Self testing kits are available.

Irregular period : It would be wise to have @ pregnancy test done to make sure. If there is any uncertainty, please repeat it in a week or so.
