Probably: Once you've penetrated the vagina, the added stimulation, both mental and physical, may prolong the erection. Consult a sexologist or sexual disorders clinic for further advice.

Can a man on immunosuppressant cause their female partner to have urinary tract infections after sex?

Yes: Vaginal intercourse is a risk factor for the development of utis in all women because of the close proximity between the urethral opening and the anus. Women can decrease this risk by practicing good hygeine and urinating as soon as possible after sex. Having an immunosuppressed partner, however, does not confer any additional risk.

Is giving your child gardasil HPV vaccine kind of like giving them permission to have sex?

Not in my opinion: You need to discuss that with your child and their doctor, it is to prevent hpv when they do have sex which hopefully won't be until they are older which depends on you and her !
