Lately ive been dealing with pain under my left breast. ive been having trapped gas really bad and it also feels like i have like a bubble on my whole boob i can feel like the gas pain of my whole left side even around my heart and its worrying me?

While gas can : be treated with antacids, the symptoms you are describing, would benefit from an exam and possibly testing with your doctor to be sure nothing more serious is the problem.
