Hi, i have a pain in my groin which is not the testes itself, rather the sperm cord (i think) which seems to be a bit swollen with associated abdominal pain. slightly lower back pain. this causes a throbbing of pain and discomfort in my groin area.

Doctor can examine: An exam is needed with such symptoms. One's primary care doctor can check to see what is going on. He can refer to a urologist if needed. Sometimes it is an STD infection, but other times it is not an infection. A patient should tell the doctor details such as when the problem started, what makes it worse or better, and what types of genital activities he engages in, to get proper treatment.
