Significant risk: This is a common source of gonorrhea, although not as risky as anal or vaginal sex. No data exist to judge risk for any single exposure, but if this was a high risk partnership (e.g. anonymous, in a bath house or park, etc), risk could be high. But gonorrhea almost always causes prominent symptoms (pus dripping, painful urination). If these don't appear within 5 days, probably you're home free.
