Oral sex which way?: Gonorrhea is only transmitted from the infected site, and it doesn't travel through the body to other places. If you have untreated urethral (penile) gonorrhea and a partner performs oral sex on you, she can acquire oral gonorrhea. You can't give it by performing oral sex. However, you should not be having ANY sex until and unless your gonorrhea has been treated and cured.
